This technology-driven approach eliminates the bottlenecks of the traditional labor shortage, ensuring exact repeatability and premium quality from the first cut to the hundred-thousandth stitch.
- Precision Cutting: Fully automated Gerber cutting systems handle both textiles and premium leather. This technology guarantees absolute dimensional accuracy across large batches while maximizing material yield to support cost-efficient production.
- High-Performance Sewing: Our manufacturing floor operates a heavy-duty fleet of Dürkopp Adler, Juki, and Sunstar industrial machines. Engineered to process thick leathers and complex technical fabrics, these systems maintain consistent stitch tension under demanding production schedules. This is supported by our integrated Lotus Pneumatic Heat Press technology.

- Texi Free: Features a massive 150×90 cm working area with a 360-degree rotating machine head, allowing for large-scale, complex geometric stitching.
- Garudan (64×40 cm): A programmable decorative stitching machine built for precision. It executes intricate, repeating patterns and needle-point accurate decorative stitches without the risk of human error.
- Branding & Finishing Details: High-capacity industrial embroidery systems deliver precise, factory-grade stitching for custom logos and complex patterns.
- Specialized Processing: Our capabilities extend to leather perforation, hot stamping, and heat pressing. Crucially, we utilize dedicated leather stretching and control machines to verify material quality and integrity.
History: From artisanal roots to industrial scale
Our growth reflects a deliberate strategy: preserving traditional upholstery heritage while systematically expanding our capacity to meet the strict demands of the global automotive supply chain.
- 1978 | The Foundation of Craftsmanship Established by the Horvát family. The late founder, a true master of the upholstery trade, set the rigorous technical standards and material knowledge that still govern our quality control today.
- 2006 | Automotive Specialization Joined by the founder’s most skilled students, the company refined its strategic focus. Operating with a dedicated core team of 5, we specialized entirely in premium vehicle interiors.
- 2011 | Commercial Expansion Formalized our B2B commercial operations to better support and manage direct relationships with international clients.
- 2012 | Facility Upgrade & Scaling Relocated to a new, larger manufacturing base in Albertirsa. We doubled our workforce to 10 professionals to safely absorb growing market demand.
- 2014 | Entering Series Production A critical milestone. Expanding the team to 20 operators, we successfully transitioned from bespoke, low-volume orders to reliable, industrial-scale series manufacturing.
- 2019 | Tier 1 & OEM Integration Boosted our capacity and grew the workforce to 30 people. We integrated our production lines with the supply chains of major European automobile manufacturers, solidifying our position as a stable regional partner.
- 2025 | Certified Quality Assurance Achieving ISO 9001 accreditation. This certification provides formal verification to our partners that our manufacturing processes are controlled, predictable, and meet the highest standards.
